Vintage 1920s/30s PATSY ANN look alike Composition OBO For Sale

Effanbee's Patsy and Horsmen's Dimples were very popular at the time this doll was made. She is unmarked but her sculpt says it all. Those popular dolls were patented and those big name doll manufacturers had a monopoly of the doll market. So a smaller co. Brilliantly executed a sculpt that was just reminiscent of the Patsy and Dimples, by incorporating both the bob hair, sweet face and prominent dimples. she is in beautiful condition but has the typical signs of being very old and much loved doll.
