This incredible piece of automotive Americana represents a historic collaboration between Texaco and the celebrated American dog illustrator Morgan Dennis.
One side of the cushion displays the iconic round Texaco trademark logo featuring the classic red star and green "T." The reverse side showcases Morgan Dennis's highly successful 1931 national ad campaign illustration of two inquisitive Scottish Terriers. Below the artwork is the printed signature credit reading, "After an etching by Morgan Dennis."
The cushion features a heavy, durable woven canvas-burlap cloth cover with its original soft interior padding. It measures approximately 14.5 inches by 14.5 inches with a thickness of roughly 2 inches.
