Made of heavy cast metal (slush-cast pot metal), this piece was originally distributed by Ford/Mercury dealerships to promote the launch of the new Mercury line. This is the distinctive variant featuring the coin slot cut directly into the front hood.Condition Details:
• Body & Paint: Finished in its original dark green paint. It features heavy, honest play wear with considerable paint loss, chipping, and flakes across the roof and high points as pictured. The casting itself is solid with no cracks or major structural breaks.
• Wheels & Base: All four original white rubber wheels are completely intact and on straight metal axles. The metal undercarriage baseplate is present and securely attached.
