Lot of 7 vintage Simplicity sewing patterns, all early to mid 1950s. Blouses, one-piece dresses, and a mother-and-daughter dress. All are 35 cent envelopes from the Simplicity Pattern Co., 200 Madison Avenue, New York 16, N.Y. address, which places them squarely in the 1950s. None carry a printed copyright year.

CONDITION, PLEASE READ
- All seven envelopes have been opened. The patterns are most likely CUT and the pieces inside have NOT been verified or counted
- These were stored in a basement for a long period and carry a musty smell
- Overall age toning and yellowing throughout, heavier on some than others
- Simplicity 4647 is the roughest of the group: heavy tearing and paper loss along the right edge with detached and curled sections, a hole in the envelope back, staining, and deep creasing
- Simplicity 4010 has tearing and separation along the top edge with the flap coming apart, and a small hole in the envelope front
- Simplicity 4256 has torn and curled sections along the top edge, plus scattered spotting
- Simplicity 3791 has a heavily damaged envelope with tearing and loss around the edges, plus brown staining
- Simplicity 4887 has edge tearing at the top right corner and along the top edge, with pencil numbers written on the back
- Simplicity 3660 has splitting along the left edge and brown spotting on the back
- Simplicity 3941 has small edge tears, a tape repair on the front, and brown spotting on the back
- Several envelopes have pencil figuring, ink numbers, or retailer markings
