This is a vintage chrome windproof pocket lighter featuring a commemorative corporate emblem for International Telephone & Telegraph (ITT) Electric Corporation.

It features a classic brushed or street chrome finish with an etched circular logo containing the TT subsidiary text.

There is also a factory engraved signature of a Frank Pangallo who was a dedicated technical specialist and engineer working for ITT's Federal Electric division.
