​This is the highly sought-after, massive 41-inch version (as shown with the tape measurements in the listing photos). You do not see this specific large format up for sale very often!

​Provenance & History:

​I recently acquired this awesome poster, and it has fantastic roots. It was discovered in the attic of a long-time, die-hard Democratic supporter, preserved alongside a large collection of period-accurate magazines and newspapers from the era. I originally intended to keep and frame this piece for my own collection, but I simply have too much stuff right now and need to sell some of this inventory.

​Condition Report:

​For a paper artifact that is over 60 years old, this poster is in really good condition for its age. It displays beautifully with vibrant red, white, and blue colors. Please note the following honest condition details, which are typical for authentic campaign materials of this era:

​Minor Pinholes: There are a few small holes located just above his one eye along the fold line.

​Side Seam Splits: There are a couple of small splits on the side seams of the poster where it was historically folded.

​Top Edge Split: There is a minor split at the top edge, right along the vertical fold line, but it is really not that bad.

​The poster is structurally sound, bright, and completely ready to be framed. It will look absolutely spectacular behind glass.
