Vintage 1969 American Flag Flown Over Capitol 5x8 George Stewart William Dawson For Sale

Vintage American flag, made by Bull Dog, very nice quality. Flown over the capitol in 1969. This was given to Representative William Dawson for presentation to a group in Chicago, but I\'m a little unclear as to the exact recipient (Please ready the sections of paperwork shown in photos). Measures 5\' x 8\'. There were a few sections of stripe that ended up with foxing on them (SEE LAST 5 PHOTOS). Other than this, in excellent condition. Comes with all paperwork shown.
