Vintage Savinelli De Luxe Milano 7004 Sandblasted Briar Tobacco Pipe – Unsmoked Estate / NOS Condition – Made in Italy
Beautiful vintage Savinelli De Luxe Milano shape 7004 briar pipe, dating approximately to the 1970s.
This discontinued De Luxe Milano features a rich burgundy/red-brown sandblasted finish with attractive texture and grain, an elegant long-shank Liverpool profile, and what appears to be its original black vulcanite/ebonite stem with the distinctive brass Savinelli bar inlay.
The pipe also retains its original removable brass condenser.
This example appears to be unsmoked. The chamber retains what appears to be its original factory bowl coating, with no visible tobacco cake, ash buildup, or rim scorching. The airway, mortise, and brass condenser are exceptionally clean and show no obvious evidence of tobacco use.
The stem is in very nice vintage condition with some minor scratches but no significant tooth marks or bite damage observed. There is some light oxidation/discoloration visible on the underside and portions of the vulcanite stem, consistent with age and storage. I have left it as found rather than aggressively polishing it.

The 7004 is an older four-digit Savinelli shape corresponding to a long, slender Liverpool-style pipe, with an elongated shank and tapered mouthpiece.

Condition: Excellent vintage condition and apparently unsmoked. Light age-related oxidation is present on the vulcanite stem. Minor storage or handling marks may also be present. No cracks or structural damage observed. Please review all photographs carefully, as they are part of the condition description.
