I cut the tape on the sides to make sure parts complete. google said tape wasn't used by the factory & was likely added by the store owner since these were pretty rare and didn't want parts disappearing. KNowing all parts are new and complete is better value...the tape was cut with razor blade. box it self has some dirt that can be cleaned along
