Original collection of vintage Boy Scouts of America patches and memorabilia dating from the 1950s. All were acquired together from the same estate.
The group includes several Cleveland County Camporee patches dated 1954, 1955, 1956 and 1957, along with multiple pieces from the 1957 National Boy Scout Jamboree at Valley Forge, Pennsylvania.
Highlights include the large embroidered 1957 Valley Forge Jamboree patch measuring just under 6 inches, a smaller embroidered Jamboree patch, and an original leather 1957 Valley Forge piece.
Most pieces are in remarkably nice condition for their age and appear to have seen little or no use. Some remain in old protective wrapping. The 1955 Cleveland County Camporee felt patch has significant moth/insect damage as clearly shown in the photos. Other pieces may show minor age/storage wear.
