This is a highly collectible, authentic piece of American Railroad history! A 1970's Vintage Amtrak (National Railroad Passenger Corporation---or NRPC)  heavy-duty, utility, 100% Sheep's Wool blanket in a gorgeous, camel-tone colorway (I double-checked with a test and it is 100% wool) dense, coarse wool. Features Overlock Stitching, and a sharp and highly legible text reading "NRPC." This was authentic Railroad property. Wool nap is still relatively plush. Stitching on borders is intact. No moth holes and does not appear to have "thinning." No mothball, musty or smoke odors. In great pre-owned vintage condition consistent with age and use. 90" x 63."
