Vintage lot of six (6) A. Field & Co. "PROGRESS" wood spade drill bits made in Germany. This matching set includes assorted sizes of heavy forged woodworking spade bits, ideal for vintage tool collectors, woodworkers, restorers, or display. Each bit is marked "A. Field & Co.," "PROGRESS," and "GERMANY."
Condition is vintage used. The five larger bits are in good overall vintage condition with expected surface rust, oxidation, and wear from age and storage. The smallest bit has a chipped/broken cutting edge and is included as part of the set. No cleaning or restoration has been performed to preserve the original patina.
