THIS IS A LOVELY A. LANTERNIER PIERCED HANDLED PLATTER. THE GREEN LANTERNIER LIMOGES STAMP WAS USED FROM 1891 TO 1914. THE RED DECORATING STAMP WAS USED IN THE 1890\'S.THE PLATTER IS WHITE WITH PINK & WHITE ROSES.
YOU CAN SEE THAT THE EDGES USED TO HAVE A GOLD RIM AND ALSO THE PIERCED HANDLES.THERE ARE 2 SMALL EDGE CHIPS. IT STILL PRESENTS NICELY THOUGH.THE DIAMETER IS 10 1/4\" AND FROM HANDLE TO HANDLE IS 11 3/8\" ACROSS.
This is from my great grandmother. It will make a great addition to your vintage collection.
