Vintage Abraham Palatnik Lucite Owl Figurine. Unique Kinechromatic psychedelic checkerboard Op Art design. This owl is part of the Artemis collection, made in Brazil 1960-1970\'s. It\'s a series distinguished by its exploration of stylized animal forms rendered in simple, planar silhouettes. There is a careful orchestrated interplay of geometric motifs with articulation of the owl\'s face and plumage creating a visual depth within a restrained two-dimentional framework.
