A very beautiful vintage or antique Bedouin or Rashaida traditional cloth face mask, battoulah or burqa. This is an authentic handmade piece, made with cotton fabric, hand embroidery and metal embellishments. This piece I obtained from a woman who purchased it as a tourist in Yemen (if I remember correctly) in the 1990s. These are also made in southern Saudi Arabia. I am letting it go to a new loving home.
