An exceptional mid-to-late 20th-century artisan pendant featuring a substantial, teardrop-shaped cognac Baltic amber cabochon. The natural amber exhibits deep honey-orange saturation with excellent clarity, showcasing characteristic internal organic inclusions and reflective spangles that beautifully catch the light.
The gemstone is securely enveloped in a handcrafted Polished Silver open-back gallery setting. The mount features highly detailed, fluidly sculpted flowing vines and serrated botanical leaves characteristic of the late Art Nouveau revival style.
