Very good vintage condition with bright original enamel and attractive patina to the brass details. The original steering wheel mounting bracket is present and complete. Light age and handling wear consistent with decades of use. Please examine all photographs carefully as they are part of the 3 inches (76 mm) overall diameter including the steering wheel mount.
