SHIPPING & HANDLING
Mailing Address - I will ONLY ship to the address on file with . Before making a purchase, please ensure that your address is correct. I will otherwise cancel the sale if a buyer requests an address change.
Handling Time - My handling time is set to ONE BUSINESS DAY. I ship packages Monday - Friday.
Calculated Shipping - My shipping fees are calculated based on weight and dimensions. Typically, I only ship USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail. Buyers may request an alternative shipping option if it is provided by and within reason.
Combined Invoices - I will combine shipping if purchases can be safely combined. Combined invoices are sent upon request.
Insurance – Typically only items shipped with USPS Priority Mail are insured.
PAYMENT
Payment - Payment is expected immediately upon sale, with the exception of offers and sales.
Offers and Non-Paying buyers - Unpaid item cases are opened after four to five days of non-payment. Non-paying offers and buyers are blocked from future transactions.
Cancelled Transactions - A buyer may request a sale cancellation ONLY before a shipping label is created, otherwise they must wait for the item to arrive and ship it back through the Money Back Guarantee.
International Shipping - I accept international shipping through the International Shipping Program. Under the International Shipping Program customs and returns are handled by directly, not through me. International buyers will need to either contact or expect to pay shipping on each individual item purchased.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

After Shipment - Once an item is shipped it may be returned for a full refund regardless of any reason. The item must be shipped back in the same condition it was sent.
Damaged Items - If an item arrives damaged because of shipping, the buyer may be entitled to a full refund and not have to ship the item back as long as they provide photographic proof. Otherwise, the item must be shipped back to me to receive a full refund.
