Vintage Boy Scouts of America BSA Waterproof Match Safe For Sale

Up for sale is a vintage official Boy Scouts of America (BSA) metal match safe in good vintage condition. Nickel-plated brass body, approximately 3" long, fluted/reeded sides. Consistent tarnish and light surface scratching throughout, commensurate with age. Screw cap operates smoothly with rubber gasket intact for water-resistant seal. Base stamped with fleur-de-lis emblem, identifying it as official Boy Scouts of America gear — the two-star, no-rope design places this piece in the vintage 1930s–1950s era, before BSA's 1955 logo update added the rope border. Some brownish residue near cap threads (see photos), appears cosmetic, likely old adhesive or light oxidation — not structural. Wire bail loop present and secure for keychain or lanyard carry.
