This vintage cast brass desk set features an ornate Rococo design with heavy scrollwork and a beautiful double-hemisphere old world map insert in the letter rack. The set includes an integrated front pen tray, a lidded inkwell, and its original removable brass liner cup inside.
The underside of the base and the interior of the inkwell housing both feature the matching factory cast mold number 4577. The brass has an authentic aged patina, the hinge functions smoothly, and the entire structural frame is tightly secured by its original factory hardware.
