Vintage Buco Leather Kidney Belt Joseph Buegeleisen Detroit Studded Three Bucklemotorcycle rider apparel, the extra center piece appears to have been cut to match this belt for additional decoration (13 1/2 x 9 1/4)the center piece is a very close size match to the center of the belt, it was not ever attached, unsure of the maker of the extra decorated piece? the buckles and straps were moved to make the Buco belt a smaller fitthe leather condition is still flexible and sturdy, it is wearable as it is, it\'s not falling apart or anything like that, likely it would benefit from a good leather conditioner product (saddle soap and oiling, etc.), all along the edges show hairline wrinkles in the black finish It has a 46 ink stamp on the backside. The overall length of the leather is 46 1/2 inches. The first hole on the buckle strap looks to size it at about 47 inches because of the gap you see between the two ends on the first notch and the next 5 adjustment holes will shorten it by 4 inches, so 43 is the smallest fit, and it looks like two more notches were added so maybe a little smaller? best estimate of size range is 47 to 43 inches, maybe 42 inches is the smallest but it gets a little cramped with those last two strap holes
