Vintage CARL HV-8 Vacuum Base Pencil Sharpener. Manufactured by the Carl Mfg. Co., Ltd. Pencil sharpener is in good condition and does work. The paint shows some aging and the plastic waste box has some cracks. The original box is in rough shape with the main top flap missing and the two top side flaps are detached but included. There is a thermometer on the front. Measures approx. 6½\" h x 3½\" w x 5\" d.
