This is a collection of 5 vintage Dutch candy tins by Droste. Each tin features a different, adorable grouping of fluffy felines . The tins each measure 7” long x 4.5” wide and approximately .75” deep. All are vintage and preowned, collected over many years. They show age and usage appropriate wear in some areas of paint but are in overall very nice condition.
The “Langues de Chats” translates to ‘tongues of cats’ referring to the shape of the chocolates once contained. Two of the tins show the shape on the bottom sides ( see pics).
These are being sold as a set, hoping some other cat collector will enjoy them as much as I have over the years.
