Antique porcelain plate is from Carl Tielsch (CT) Altwasser from Germany.
Hallmark shown on bottom is for Carl Tielsch porcelain from Altwasser (now Walbrzych, Poland).
Carl Tielsch was a significant German porcelain manufacturer operating from 1845 - 1917, mark on plate indicates this plate is likely from late 19th century, or early 20th century.
The 8-1/2” plate features a hand-painted floral center and guilded, reticulated lattice edges.
Plate is in exceptional pre-owned condition, no flaws found. The old price tag was on the plate when I acquired it.
