How to Make Homemade Lollipops

🥄 Ingredients:

  • 200 g (1 cup) sugar
  • 50 ml (3.4 tbsp / 0.05 qt) water
  • 30 g (2 tbsp) light corn syrup or honey
  • A few drops of food coloring (optional)
  • Flavor extract (vanilla, mint, lemon, etc.)

🔪 Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mold: Secure the two plates together using the included clips. Lightly grease the cavities with oil or non-stick spray. Insert lollipop sticks into the designated openings.
  2. Cook the Syrup: In a saucepan, mix sugar, water, and corn syrup. Heat over medium-high, stirring until dissolved.
  3. Boil to Hard Crack Stage: Continue boiling without stirring until the mixture reaches 149-154°C (300-310°F). Use a candy thermometer for accuracy.
  4. Add Flavor & Color: Remove from heat, quickly stir in food coloring and flavoring of choice.
  5. Pour into the Mold: Carefully pour the hot syrup into the mold cavities through the designated openings. Let cool completely.
  6. Unmold & Enjoy: Once hardened, separate the plates and remove your homemade lollipops!
