Vintage Chinese style porcelain shard trinket/pill box.
The lid features a hand-painted antique (probable) Chineseporcelain, beautifully preserved. The shard depicts a dual-tone green and bluebotanical leaf pattern on a white glazed background.
The shard is securely bezel-set within an oval, silver-tonedmetal casing. The sides of both the lid and base are decorated with anintricate, embossed floral scrollwork pattern. The metal has developed agorgeous, natural aged patina.
The interior and bottom are smooth, bare metal with novisible hallmarks or maker's marks.
Condition:
- Excellent Vintage Condition: No cracks, chips, or repairs to the porcelain shard.
- Patina: The metal frame shows age-appropriate tarnish and a beautiful dark patina. Clean interior.
