Vintageclock movement stamped ‘Made in Germany’ ‘R K\' with a trademark composed of aclock face between two wings. Taken together, these would seem to indicate thatthe mechanism was manufactured by the famous German clock manufacturer Reinhold Kienzle,based in Germany’s prestigious Black Forest clock-making region. The impressed dimension ‘12cm’also appears on the clock\'s back plate.
