This is a vintage Clothespin Bag. This item was usuallyfound on a clothesline that was used to hang clothes up to dry. Item is made ofvinyl and has a hinged lid. The top and front have some discoloration frombeing out in the weather. There are no tears and seams are still firmlystitched. Attached to bag is a metal rod that could be hooked to theclothesline.
