Vintage small covered decorative bowl/dish with warm copper finish and domed lid with round knob.
The bowl measures approximately 3½” across and appears to be copper — a magnet does not stick to the bowl. A magnet does stick to the lid, indicating the lid is a different metal with a copper-tone/copper-plated finish.
The lid fits neatly inside the rim of the bowl; however, because there are no maker marks, I cannot confirm whether the two pieces were originally manufactured as a set.
Preowned vintage condition with natural patina, oxidation, surface scratches, spotting and finish wear consistent with age. The underside of the lid shows additional oxidation/finish wear. No maker marks found.
Great little piece for use as a trinket dish, jewelry holder, candy/nut dish or vintage copper display.
