This department 56 Christmas village house is part of the original snow village from 1976. It is in excellent condition and comes with a working light cord. These original snow village houses are rare to find.

Beautiful piece with no chips or cracks. There is marker in bottom of house. Comes with light and cord. Missing a few peg lights but the ones it does have appear to be older so I left them for buyer to decide if to keep or remove.
