This is aVintage E.C. Simmons KEEN KUTTER Large Meat Cleaver. Made in USA. Quite large and heavy with a very good edge.Very good preowned condition. some silver paint was applied to metal but should not be to hard to remove, seems to scrap off with fingernail. Please see all pictures for best description.
