Vintage boxed fancy stationery set containing 14 cream colored cards decorated with stitched thread floral motifs with matching envelopes. Each card features a different flower. Stems and details are printed and the flowers are applied crocheted thread. The set is housed in a cardboard box with a silver foil scrollwork frame enclosing the green text "Eaton's Mayfair Vellum"on the lid and the internal cards secured by a printed paper band. This boxed set serves well for handwritten correspondence or as a display piece for a collection of vintage paper ephemera.
Top card in set is slightly discolored & has a stripe where the band rested. Balance of set is in excellent condition. Envelopes are also clean and are not sealed shut. Box has heavy fading. Please review all high resolution photographs for details.
