Nice solid vintage shape. Shows normal wear and age. Has some minor scuffing. Plastic has a small chip at the top and a couple small thin cracks to each side. Plastic has a couple small thin edge cracks along the bottom as well. No other significant damage. The relay at the center on the bottom needs screws installed. It has been secured with 2 sided tape. Sign lights. Clock is not working. Clock motor seems to run, but hands aren't moving. Clock hands have some bending, and the hour hand is somewhat loose. It needs some adjustments, and since the motor runs that could be why it is not keeping time. Sign displays very well. See pictures to make your own determination on physical condition. Sign measures 24x15x4".
