Vintage Federal Glass Petal pattern #2829 Dessert Bowl / Serving Bowl EAPG - Approximate Measurements: 10 1/8" x 2 1/4" VGUC
This pretty vintage pattern was made primarily in the late 1940s through 1960s. It is distinctive with pointed, petal-shaped arches and beveled crosses at the tip of each arch. The plate is round with petal like appearance. This is a pretty serving piece from the Federal Glass Company located in Columbus, Ohio through 1980. I've tried to capture the seam, which is cleverly disguised by the crosses, which identifies this as original. This is a beautiful piece of history to add to your collection or decor. Used alone or with food in it, the pattern picks up the light and is an elegant display.Please review all pictures carefully as they are part of the description. Questions are welcome.
