Will come with the items pictured. These items would be considered expired and use for decor only. One bandage box has a spool of thread in it instead of bandage. I will answer any questions I can. I do not think this case was meant for first aid but i am not sure. This was an estate sale purchase. The case has 100% wear. There is a folded newspaper part from 1936 stained in the bottom of the case. The inside of the case actually isnt that bad but the outside is extremely worn. I ship out next business day!
