Beautiful vintage clear glass serving dish attributed to Fostoria Glass, featuring ornate sterling silver overlay decoration and two raised glass handles.
The piece has an elegant shallow serving form with a recessed circular center and decorative scrollwork around the perimeter. The overlay is marked STERLING.
