Circa 1940's. This piece is in Excellent condition having NO chips, cracks, repairs or breaks, NO ISSUES. Could use light cleaning. Spirits flowing out of hole under the nose as shown. Stoppermeasures 4" in height, and 2" width at top nose to back of head.
