RETURNS POLICY
1) We must be notified of intent to return within 7days of receipt of the product.
2) The item must still be in the same condition inwhich it was shipped. If your purchase was a clothing item that was new withtags, the tags must still be attached. If an item is broken during use, wecannot accept a return. If merchandise is returned opened or in any othercondition than how it was originally shipped we cannot refund the purchaseprice or return shipping. Please pack your returns carefully.
3) If the reason for the return was an error on ourpart (for example, we mistakenly sent the wrong item) we will reimburse allshipping costs related to the return. In this case please make sure the cost ofpostage is displayed on the label.
4) If the reason for the return was not an error onour part the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
5) We are not responsible for a package that was lostor misdirected because the customer provided the incorrect address.
