Vintage H.C. White Ornate Perfecscope Stereoscope Viewer with Metal Hood + 13 Stereoscope Slides. The Perfecscope is in very good condition. The metal has some minute patina and a very few light scratches, but is in such good condition for its age. The patent on the Perfecscope is October 15, 1895. In addition to the wonderful Perfecscope are 13 Stereoscope slides. These slides have minor wear on the corner, but the images are crisp and clean. The slides include pictures of the White House, California forests, a wedding, building the Panama Canal, the Arch of Triumph in Paris, the Trinity Church Steeple in NY, and brewery in NY. All the Stereoscope slides are from the early 1900s. This lot would be an incredible addition to any collection of early Americana.
