This is a vintage H. M. Slater Bowie hunting knife in engraved carbon steel and Stag handles with excellent black leather sheath. Rare Slater bowie has been expertly restored except that the stamp on one side has been finished away. I can send a link to photos of this exact style knife that is stamped "VENTURE, H. M. Slater, SHEFFIELD" on the reverse of blade. Etched scene of deer and pastoral scene and "VENTURE" still clear on the front side. Offered with and shipped at low cost.
