Vintage Hallmark Beverage Paper Napkins, Red Blue Yellow, 1960s-70s, Sealed For Sale

There are 3 sealed packages with each package containing 16 napkins that measure 10 in x 10 in. Based on my research and the packages lack of a UPC code, I think these are likely from the 1960s or early 1970s. Please note that there may be some dust and smudging on the outer plastic wraps as well as some surface dirt on the napkins inside the package even though they haven\'t been opened. Please evaluate the photos for the condition.
