Vintage Halloween Placecard Screech Cat in Front of Moon U.S.A. 1930s Not Used For Sale

This fun Halloween placecard shows a very angry black screech cat hissing. It is standing in front of a yellow full moon with a red border. The placecard was not used. It still has the tabs that were not folded. On the right flap it is marked "H in circle 389 - Made in U.S.A.". This placecard is just over 4-1/8" wide with the tabs x 3-1/4" tall. It is from the 1930s.This placecard was not used. There are a couple of stains on the tab ends. There is no associated odor. Please see the pictures. They help with the description.
