This vintage metal piece was handcrafted at Schloss Oberweis (Oberweis Castle) in Austria, and it still has its original tag. In the title I called it a jewelry holder tree, but I\'m not sure that\'s what it is. It would work well to hold necklaces, bracelets, even rings and earrings (except for post-style). Evidently the wrought-iron shop at Oberweis Castle mainly crafted wine-bottle holders and candlesticks, but this is neither. I tried hanging mugs from it, and that works, but you have to be sure both sides are balanced weight-wise or it will topple.
The piece is about 14 3/4\" tall and 6\" wide.
