Up for sale is a fantastic, sequential 4-piece set of vintage Indestro combination (open & box end) wrenches. Proudly manufactured in Chicago, Illinois, U.S.A., these mid-century tools feature the classic depressed panel design with distinct raised circular forging marks.
Stamping on the panels reads: "DROP FORGED ALLOY STEEL" on one side and "INDESTRO CHICAGO - U.S.A." on the reverse. Based on these specific markings, this set dates back to the mid-to-late 1940s.
