For sale is a small brass figurine. It is in good used condition with scratches on the backing from how it's been handled, it does not appear to have any kind of stamp or marking. This stunning vintage solid brass peacock figurine is a beautiful example of traditional Indian metal craftsmanship, featuring an intricately hand-etched fan tail highlighted with vibrant hand-painted red accents. The front displays a detailed, stylized feather pattern with textured "eyes" spreading out in a grand semicircular shield behind the regal bird, while the smooth, unpolished reverse showcases a wonderful authentic aged patina. Grounded on a solid, integrated bell-shaped round base, this collectible piece brings an elegant, timeless touch of bohemian or mid-century Hollywood Regency style to any shelf, mantel, or curio cabinet display.
