Vintage Indiana Glass Blue Carnival Eagle Plate Bicentennial 1776-1976
This beautiful approximately 8-inch pressed-glass plate features a raised American eagle design, the dates 1776–1976, “United States Bicentennial” banners and a decorative scalloped border. The deep blue carnival glass has a striking iridescent finish that reflects shades of turquoise, green, purple and gold depending on the lighting.
Very good vintage condition with normal light surface and storage wear consistent with age. No chips or cracks found. Please examine all photographs closely for the exact condition and measurements.
A wonderfully colorful piece of 1970s patriotic décor and a timely collectible for America’s 250th-anniversary celebrations.
