Vintage Kaiser "Finale" galloping horse, model 388, designed by German sculptor Gerhard Bochmann and made in West Germany.
This striking porcelain sculpture captures a horse at full gallop, dramatically suspended above a sculpted branch. The glossy white glaze highlights the detailed musculature, windswept mane, flowing tail, and sense of movement.
The base is impressed "Bochmann," while the underside bears the blue crowned AK Kaiser W. Germany backstamp and impressed model number 388. A beautiful example of mid-to-late 20th century German porcelain and an impressive piece for Kaiser, equestrian, or European porcelain vintage condition.
