This piece is unfortunately heavily damaged. It is for parts or repair.
Several stones are missing. It is heavily dented. The silver has brassed in some areas. It is heavily tarnished. The rim is dented as well. Many scratches and nicks throughout.
I haven't cleaned the tarnish as I will leave that up to the buyer.
