The case is in excellent condition. It has distinct quilted leather workand has an exterior storage pocket specifically sized for WHW booklets. The leather is still soft and shiny with very few usage marks or dirt. The kiss-lock is fully functional and tight. The hinges and frame show no signs of rust or corrosion and are also fully functional.
The included booklet is an authentic piece of German WW II history. It is a WHW (Winterhilfwerk) miniature propaganda booklet from 1940, number 4 of a series of 5. Specifically created as a charity donation receipt and token. It is in fair condition, complete and intact with all pages being legible.
