Up for sale is a beautiful, highly detailed bisque porcelain Great Horned Owl figurine by Lenox. Handcrafted in 1989, this piece features remarkably realistic painted textures, capturing the owl perched atop a tree branch surrounded by autumn oak leaves and acorns.
**CONDITION NOTE (PLEASE READ VALUE FLAWS):**This item is being sold at a discount due to two cosmetic flaws:1. There is a small chip on the tip of the front orange oak leaf on the porcelain base (highlighted with the red pen in the listing photos).2. The included dark wooden display base has a shallow, horizontal scratch across the top center surface (visible in the dedicated base photo).
When the owl is seated on the wooden base, the scratch is mostly hidden from direct view, but it is present. The owl itself, the main tree stump, claws, ears, and primary porcelain structure are otherwise completely flawless with no cracks, repairs, or webbed crazing.
The price has been significantly lowered to reflect these cosmetic imperfections.
